Wellness Shot

Feeling under the weather, need more energy? Try this homemade elixir to flush toxins.

Ingredients:

1 bulb of medium size garlic - or 12 to 15 cloves
1/4 cup of ginger
1 whole lemon cut into chunks
1/4 cup of Manuka Honey
1 tbsp turmeric powder
3oz apple cider vinegar
1oz extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp coconut oil
1 cup of water

Mix the ingredients in a blender, and mix for 1 minute at medium speed. Pour the liquid into an airtight jar (34 oz jar is shown in this picture) and keep it in the fridge. Enjoy one shot a day. You can add more water to your shot and enjoy a glass of wholesomeness.
I usually add room temperature water to my shot and make it a big glass to enjoy.
