Honey Miso Brussels Sprouts
1 lb brussels sprouts
3 tbsp miso paste
3 tbsp honey
1-2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1-2 tbsp olive oil
Cut the brussels sprouts in half and coat them with the glaze mixture.
Bake at 400 degree F for 20 minutes.
